« Vyacheslav Chivanin, known as the « King of Scammers, » is one of the
leaders of organized crime in Soviet Kazakhstan.
After being caught in yet another crime, he decides to defend himself in court.
Using his oratory skills, Chivanin starts accusing his victims of
their un-Soviet way of life, positioning himself as a kind of « Robin
Hood. » »
